Striped Maple Hollow's debut album of 13 songs features 9 original compositions and four covers,
including three standards and their unique take on Happy Together.
They recorded the album at VOMA, engineering and mixing the recordings ourselves.
They took advantage of the natural acoustics of the gallery space at VOMA, which was the former sanctuary,
to record almost every part of each song live. The album was mastered by RJ Dietrich at Blue Sofa Studios,
and the album artwork includes contributions from Sarah Sloan, sister of Striped Maple Hollow’s Micah Mood,
and Terry Smith and Phil Balko of Johnstown. The album is truly a Johnstown project and a family affair.
